I would promo the event and their pieces (as they came in), track pieces throughout the month, read and comment on everything by the end of the month, and then create a space where people could go and see what was sent (within the first week of the next month). Had to track and go through as many as 60 works a month. |
| Undisclosed Event #2 (2017-2020) | Mod & Writer | A monthly event where writers (myself included) had to write essays based on a monthly prompt. As a mod, I'd help write up announcements with the month's theme (created by a different mod), set up a monthly schedule with the help of writers, KIT with the writers when needed, and sometimes readjust the schedule depending on the availability of the writers (#lifehappens). I also helped write up roundup posts at the end of the month, promoted the event on Twitter & FB/IG & my own platforms, created graphics for IG and eventually the event lives, kept the event website up-to-date, and tracked essays and how often writers dropped.
